Thank you for shopping with us! We ship our products worldwide from our studio in Turkey. Below you'll find important information regarding our shipping process, timelines, and costs.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We ship internationally using reliable courier services (such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services depending on destination and service availability). Approximate delivery times are as follows:

Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT+3) Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer.
Import Duties & Taxes
- EU Customers: No additional duties or import taxes will apply.
- Other Countries: You may be responsible for import taxes, duties, or customs fees set by your country. These are not included in our prices.
Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Deliveries are made between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM local time.
- A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the destination and courier.
- Please note: we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (except those in the UAE).
Packaging & Gifting
- All leather goods come with a soft dust bag and are packed securely.
- Orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging.
- You may add a gift note at checkout; prices will not be included in gift orders.
- For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- All shipments are insured against theft and damage until they are delivered.
- If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your order (or 30 days for damage).
- Keep all original packaging for claims.
