Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept exchanges for size, color, or style differences within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized products
• Items on final sale
• Items showing signs of use

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
