Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size, color, or style differences within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
